Psychotherapy Services
Psychotherapy for individuals and couples,
both online and in-person.
As a Toronto-based Registered Psychotherapist, I support individuals and couples seeking greater self-understanding, emotional connection, and relational well-being.
My approach integrates psychodynamic and emotionally focused therapies within a collaborative, trauma-informed framework. Guided by principles of cultural humility, therapy remains attentive to the ways identity, culture, and lived experience influence emotional well-being and relationships.
With over 20 years of experience in sex education, my work is affirming of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, and grounded in a sex-positive, non-pathologizing approach to sexuality.
Individual Psychotherapy
Through a compassionate, client-centred therapeutic relationship, we’ll explore the attachment patterns and interpersonal dynamics that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work to bring unconscious patterns, emotions, and ways of relating into greater awareness, helping you better understand yourself and navigate relationships more intentionally. Our work will unfold collaboratively and at a pace that feels supportive and comfortable for you.
