I offer psychotherapy to individuals and couples, both online and in-person in Toronto.

My Approach

I’m a Toronto-based Registered Psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and challenges related to relationships. I integrate psychodynamic and emotionally focused therapies with a client-centered, trauma-informed perspective. When relevant, we can also employ evidence-based techniques from the Gottman Institute to help enhance communication, deepen intimacy, and resolve relationship conflicts.

In-Person Sessions

I’m part of Wellesley Collaborative Wellness. My in-person sessions take place in downtown Toronto, a 5-minute walk from Wellesley Subway Station. The office was designed for therapy services and offers a soundproof, calming environment. The building is secure, with a concierge to greet you and a parkette next door.

Virtual Sessions

Online sessions are available to clients who live in Ontario (phone or video).
